i love real estate. since i was young, i've always been interested in houses. i'd admire buildings and daydream about how i would "make them over". the structures (or bones rather). the colors. minor details. interiors. exteriors. landscaping. styles. the fixtures. the paint colors....fast-forward some 14 years later and i am still committed to my first love.
